Full Speed Ahead Training brings you the 6th Annual: Ultimate Summer Training Program!
Intense Player-Development workouts with a focus on ball-handling, shooting, footwork, finishing moves, NBA-style jabs, crossovers, combined with a vertical leap, speed, explosiveness, agility, strength and injury prevention program – break through to the next level! Summer Training begins Sunday, June 12th. Choose from numerous workout options and packages:
Unlimited Summer Training Program: includes more than 10 weeks, 60+ hours, with up to 5 days a week of basketball and speed/agility training. Click here to register.
8 Week Training Program: Includes more than 40+ hours of training and up to 4 days a week of basketball, and speed/agility training. Click here to register.
6 Week Training Program: Up to 3 days per week of training, including basketball, vertical leap, and speed/agility training. Click here to register.
